Solid Blocks designed for Extreme Duty and High Horse Power competitive applications.

Aluminum XLS Blocks include Steel cylinder sleeves and double cross bolted Steel billet main caps.

These are extreme duty, high performance blocks that offer a high strength solid Aluminum block with NO Water Jackets. Each block is is performance machined for maximum strength and maximum crank clearance. Each block comes with custom fit high performance steel cylinder sleeves. All blocks use our special stress relief and heat treat process that adds block strength. The aluminum formula used to cast these blocks is a proven, filtered cast process for high quality extreme duty engines. Standard bore 4.250 to 4.600, stroke 3.750 to 4.750 without additional machining. Each block comes with ARP steel main studs, steel billet main caps, side force locks, and double cross bolted mains caps. Each block is available with standard cam height or up to a .250 raised cam and cam bearing up to 60 MM. All bolt-ons such as heads, intake, water pump, oil pan and all standard accessories are original standard bolt patterns. Relocated internal oil pick up system with clearance up to 4.750 crankshaft with standard cam galley priortiy oil distribution system. Blocks come pre-machined to allow external oil system if desired.

Solid Blocks are not Recommended For LONG Duration Performance Competition or Street Use.
